Jennifer Goldstein is an attorney in Whitfield, Bryson & Mason LLP’s Washington, D.C. Office. Jennifer represents plaintiffs in national employment, consumer protection, and privacy class action lawsuits.

Jennifer attended The George Washington University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies and where she later received a Master of Professional Studies in Legislative Affairs. Jennifer attended Georgetown University Law Center where she obtained her Juris Doctor.

Jennifer began her work at Whitfield, Bryson & Mason LLP when she was still in law school where she worked as a summer associate and law clerk. She also worked as a legal extern to the Honorable Ketanji Brown Jackson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and clerked for the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center.

Additionally, Jennifer edited and published an article in the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law and won the 2014 UCLA School of Law Williams Institute Moot Court Competition on behalf of the Georgetown University Law Center Barrister’s Counsel.

Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Jennifer served as a Special Assistant to the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia, where she defended the District and District agencies against employment, personal and intention tort, Section 1983, and constitutional law claims.

Jennifer’s pro bono work has included: briefing and arguing a federal inmate’s appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia; drafting name and gender change requests for transgender individuals in need; and submitting U-Visa applications and civil protection orders for indigent survivors of violence.

Shimon Yiftach, of counsel, of counsel, is the managing attorney in BG&G’s Los Angeles office.  He is a skilled and experienced litigator who focuses on the prosecution of consumer and securities class actions around the country.  He has an extraordinary ability to organize, clarify, and present even the most complex factual and legal issues to the court. Shimon is a UCLA School of Law graduate, and he is admitted to practice in California and New York, including the Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York and the Central and Northern District Courts of California.

Peretz Bronstein, Founding Member, focuses on corporate and securities litigation. After graduating Harvard College and Harvard Law School, Peretz gained eight years of experience as a litigator at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP.  During his Skadden tenure Peretz was trained by the nation’s top-corporate litigators in the art of producing “upper margin” litigation work product. He spent most of his time there defending class action lawsuits. Peretz represents clients zealously and tirelessly, having repeatedly brought cases to unexpected positive resolution. Peretz has also developed a niche, serving as general counsel to closely held companies. He is management’s trusted “go to” advisor on the entities’ most delicate and complicated legal issues. He is a member of the New York State Bar, as well as the bars of the United States District Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

Lawrence Deutsch is a graduate of Boston University (B.A. 1973), George Washington University's School of Government and Business Administration (M.S.A. 1979), and Temple University's School of Law (J.D. 1985). He became a member of the Pennsylvania Bar in 1986 and the New Jersey Bar in 1987. He has also been admitted to practice in Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims as well as various jurisdictions across the country for specific cases.

Jeffrey L. Osterwise is an associate in the Securities Fraud, Corporate Governance & Shareholder Rights, Commercial Litigation, and Consumer Protection practice groups at Berger & Montague.

Mr. Osterwise is actively involved in Berger & Montague's representation of the City of Philadelphia and the City of Chicago in separate actions against certain online travel companies for their failure to pay hotel taxes.  He is also involved in the firm's representation of former shareholders of a corporation who were harmed by the corporation's merger with a competitor.

Mr. Migliaccio has been a member of a number of professional organizations including the American Association for Justice, the National Employment Lawyers Association, the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association, the Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group, and the Trial Lawyers Association of Metropolitan Washington, DC. He has spoken at a number of professional seminars on employment rights and class action topics.

Jason S. Rathod litigates class actions across the firm’s areas of practice, including consumer protection, worker rights, and civil rights. Mr. Rathod has been appointed class counsel in a number of noteworthy class actions and has been the principal brief writer in several critical submissions, before trial and appellate courts, that resulted in favorable rulings concerning class certification and summary judgment.

Mr. Rathod has been recognized as a leader in his field beyond the courtroom. He is the author of several published works, including a law review article on aggregate litigation in poor countries. Another recent law review article that he co-authored, comparing public and private enforcement in the United State and Europe, was cited by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in its proposed rule prohibiting class action waivers in the fine print of consumer contracts.

Gary S. Graifman, Esq. has been a practicing attorney for more than 30 years. Formerly a partner at Atlas & Graifman of New York City, he joined KGG in 1989. Mr. Graifman is the lead class action litigation attorney for the firm’s national cases involving defective medical devices, dangerous drugs, securities and shareholder rights class actions, and automotive recalls.

Jay I. Brody joined Kantrowitz, Goldhamer & Graifman, P.C. as a commercial litigator in the Fall of 2015 with an emphasis in class action litigation, including consumer fraud, automotive defect, and securities and shareholder actions, as well as commercial litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Brody served as a law clerk for Justice Miriam Naor, President of the Supreme Court of Israel and the Superior Courts of the State of Connecticut. While in law school, Mr. Brody served as a Student Assistant District Attorney in the Office of the New York County District Attorney, and interned at the New York State Department of Financial Services and United States Department of Justice.
